Full Package
The full package:
Allows 1 night stay for the happy couple or hosts in the big cabin. Extra nights in the big cabin and/or overnight stay in the bunkhouse can be added for a fee.
Your full access begins the morning prior to your event and ends the day after the event by noon.

*Weekend is defined as Friday am to Sunday at noon for set up, rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and clean-up. Complimentary overnight stay for Bride & Groom on Saturday night*

Prop/Decor Rentals
When you host an event on our premises, you have access to all decor, props, and party supplies on hand that have not already been reserved.
For those hosting events elsewhere, we have a la carte pricing, no minimum required.
If delivery is needed, advanced preparations, and some other restrictions and rules apply.
OTHER PARTIES/EVENTS
Parties or Other Events
Whether you are hosting a birthday party, friend get-together, sporting event watching party (like Nascar or UT Football game), Cornhole Tournament, Engagement Party, Karaoke Party (that's one of our favorites to host), Family Reunion, or Anniversary Party, we've got ya covered.
We can even suggest DJ's, Bands, and Karaoke specialists if you need help with that.

Whether you have an established relationship with a photographer or need assistance with finding one, we can certainly recommend one of our favorites to capture amazing photos here on the farm.
We can set up props for mini sessions or just show you a number of gorgeous sites with nature as your backdrop.
Beautiful spots for family photos, engagement pics, bridal portraits, maternity shoots, graduation pics, and of course holiday photos.
Very minimal fee for use of property. Additional fees for props and/or staging.

Other Services
We can assist with staging for your event, whether here or at another location.
We also can make customized/personalized signs, etc.

The 1890 Log Cabin and the 1860 Cabin can also be rented for a nice and quiet retreat for one night up to one week
